Cultural institutions, sponsors and cultural policy-makers are repeatedly confronted with challenging issues. In many cases, they affect different interest groups and a large circle of people. Participation can be an advantage here: Involving stakeholders creates new perspectives and integrates diverse experiences into the solution of complex issues. Moreover, the joint development of solutions strengthens their acceptance.
Whether it is a comprehensive participation process for cultural development planning or the participatory expansion of a project by workshops and surveys, actori is experienced in the conception and implementation of participation: Moderation of large cultural policy processes, topic-based surveys, development of strategies and utilisation concepts with different stakeholder groups.
You will be supported in answering the question of who should be involved in the participation and in what form.
Participation processes and formats will be designed specifically for you (e.g. methodology or director's plans).
In the first step, the initial situation is recorded and analysed. All information is collected sensitively, used anonymously and evaluated. actori will compole work results, structure them and prepare them for further communication.
