With the Tiroler Landestheater und Symphonieorchester Innsbruck, actori realized another exciting project for digital transformation in theaters. The goal of the joint project was to develop a roadmap for the digitalization of internal administrative processes at the Landestheater.
The first step involved a comprehensive analysis of the digitalization status of the finance, human resources, KBB/Dispo, marketing and IT departments, which were the focus of the project and which, in particular, revealed areas for action in a comparative analysis with relevant benchmarks. Generally, the analyses of all theaters considered confirmed the results of the actori study on digitalization in theaters from 2020. In the internal processes of theaters lies great potential that can be leveraged through digitalization.
In workshop-based formats with the departments, the needs for action were specified in around 20 projects, which, in addition to the optimisation of existing and the procurement of new systems, also concern the digital development of the organisation. In a cross-departmental process, a rough prioritisation of the projects was developed, which enabled a first rough overview of dependencies and synergies. Based on the expected need for human and material resources and the necessary framework conditions, a feasible roadmap was developed that showed all participants a clear and comprehensible way to address the fields of action.
We are pleased that the Tiroler Landestheater will base its future development on the developed digitalisation roadmap and that we will continue our cooperation in this course. Since November 2022, actori has been supporting the Landestheater in the implementation of the developed roadmap. actori is re-sponsible for the overall coordination of the planned digital projects, the tech-nical consulting of the departments and the ongoing optimisation of the digitalisation roadmap.
