A small company with professional structures
actori offers development opportunities and tries to meet the individual's circumstances. Seven years ago, I started as a junior consultant, then became senior consultant and finally project manager; during this time, I have worked both, full and part time. As a mother, I now work 70% and get a great flexibility by arranging my working hours, including office and home office work. This allows me to keep up to a demanding job, to meet our quality standards and at the same time be there for my family.
A job that never gets boring
actori offers the excitement of change and variety. As a consultant I have to keep track and perform within several things at the same time: I provide structure, moderate, give impulses, be an expert and sometimes a psychologist. At the beginning of a project, I am often confronted with a completely new topic and by the end of the project I am an expert in exactly that field. I work with commercial managers, curators, restorers, directors, conservators, politicians, cultural department heads, architects, which give me insights to all kind of topics; and sometimes it happens, that projects bring up exotic topics and bizarre moments. The company is subject to constant change: we question our working methods and fields of activity, continue to build up new know-how, expand our competencies, get involved with new industries and markets, and enable spin-offs. All of this is only possible because each team member contributes with personal experience and takes responsibility for realization.
