Prof. Maurice Lausberg

Founder and Managing Director

Prof. Maurice Lausberg holds a degree in physics and studied at the Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität in Munich and at the École Normale et Supérieure in Paris. After working for Roland Berger Strategy Consultans for several years, he was production manager at the Bavarian State Opera, where he built up the development/sponsoring department.

In 2005, Prof. Lausberg founded actori GmbH as managing partner, a company that is the market leader in German-speaking countries for strategy consulting in the fields of culture, entertainment, and education. He is also a co-founder of several spin-offs in the fields of technology, virtual reality, and machine learning.

Maurice Lausberg has been a professor of cultural management at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich since October 2009. There, in 2020, he initiated Wavelab - a start-up center for technology-based start-ups from the cultural and creative industries.

Frank Schellenberg

Managing Director

Frank Schellenberg studied history, politics and Italian language and literature in Göttingen and Rome and is a trained music executive. He has many years of experience in the event industry as an employee at various venues and festivals.

Since 2006 Frank Schellenberg has been active in consulting and marketing for cultural and educational institutions, the public sector and companies and has supported numerous clients in solving strategic and economic problems.
